Wesley "Wes" Rook

36

A charming, sharp-witted businessman who once ran Rook Recovery & Supply, a Kentucky outfit specializing in repossessing, transporting, and reselling generators, vehicles, and industrial equipment. The energy crisis made him a comfortable living, though not every contract was entirely ethical. With an easy smile, a silver tongue, and a knack for finding opportunity in misfortune, Wes believes almost anything can be negotiated for the right price. Beneath his friendly demeanor lies a calculating, stubborn man who knows when to stop talking and stand his ground. Years of dangerous recoveries taught him to handle himself when deals turned ugly. Since the Renaissance, he's determined to rebuild his business through salvage, trade, and favors, making connections wherever he goes. Wes values his freedom, keeps his word once given, and is fiercely protective of those who've earned his loyalty. Whether he's a trustworthy partner or a charming opportunist often depends on which side of the deal you're standing.
