The speaker’s voice is in a clear hushed and anxious tone. His breaths loud as if just running.
“Fuck. I’ve done everything I could have. The Program. This. Program keeps coming up. I’ve mobilized countless tactical teams to handle this… situation in Knox County. Though it seems they’ve been re-routed elsewhere…”
The man rambles on about upper echelon department of justice seemingly inadequate response to the Knox County Virus and its endless bureaucracy. The sound of broken glass is heard being stepped on behind the speakers voice, he audibly turns and runs once more.
